Raindance AI for weddings and anniversaries

Not every Raindance AI video has to be set on a pier at sunset. The Reception lights scene moves the same short story to a night-time outdoor wedding party, which makes it a natural fit for weddings, engagements and anniversaries.

What the scene looks like

Reception lights is set outdoors after dark. String lights hang overhead, there is a dance floor, and the mood is a party that has been going for a while. The format is the same as the other scenes: a vertical 9:16 video, 720p, about 12 seconds, with one person waiting and the other singing, or one person doing both in Solo.

Ideas for using it

For an anniversary, a married couple can each upload a current photo. One of you waits and the other sings, and you send the result to each other or post it with a caption about the year. One of our examples is a married couple, and you can see it on the Raindance AI examples page.

For a wedding, a bride and groom can make a short clip to share with guests or family who could not attend. Because each photo is uploaded separately, it also works if you are apart in the days before the wedding.

For an engagement or a proposal anniversary, the party look fits the celebration better than a quiet beach.

For a surprise, one partner can make it in secret using the other person's photo, with their permission, and send it as a gift.

Choosing photos

Use clear, front-facing photos with one adult each. Formal portraits are fine, and so are casual shots with good light. Avoid group pictures where the face is small, and avoid sunglasses or anything covering the face. Only adult photos are accepted, and celebrity photos are not allowed.

Sound options

By default the video has an original song sung in it. If you want to post it with the Raindance song, choose Silent and add the sound inside TikTok or Reels, where the library is licensed.
