Refunds and failed videos
If a generation fails, the credit is refunded automatically. If you change your mind, unused packs are refundable within 7 days. Read the full refund policy.
Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if a video fails?
Failed generations are refunded automatically as credits, with no request needed.
Can I get my money back on a pack?
