What to include
- The email address on your account.
- A short description of the problem.
- For payment questions, the date and pack you bought.
Common requests
- Failed video. Failed generations are refunded automatically. Write to us if something still looks wrong.
- Refunds. Unused packs are refundable within 7 days. See the refund policy.
- Photo or data deletion. Uploaded photos are deleted 24 hours after your video finishes. To delete anything else, email us.
